A renewed public appeal has been made to the public by Gardaí to assist in the search for missing Gort woman Teresa Tannian.
The 84 year old was last seen at 7 pm Saturday the 25th of May at her home in Killina.
Teresa is described as being  5 feet 2 inches tall, with a slim build and short white hair.
Inspector at Gort Garda Station Georgina Lohan has appealed to hotel, B and B and guest house owners to check if Teresa is a guest on their premises:

A health information fair is being held in Galway this Monday to celebrate Men's Health Week.
Men are being invited along to the free event in St Patrick's Band Hall from 11AM, with free haircuts being offered on the day.
Visitors can also avail of confidential health checks and supports, including blood pressure checks and heart and stroke advice.

A vigil is being held in Galway city this Saturday to remember children who have been killed in Palestine.
It will take place from the newly named Droichead an Dochais from 2PM.
It's being organised by the Irish Healthcare Workers for Palestine, the Galway branch of the Ireland Palestine Solidarity Campaign and members of Mothers Against Genocide.

Thousands of Leaving and Junior Certificate students in Galway have now completed their first exam.
A record number of students are sitting the State Examinations this year, with over 136,000 students at 800 exams halls nationwide.

Students from the University of Galway bring Galway's heritage to life through interactive maps.
Students Dylan Reilly, Joseph Ennis and Natalie Cyrkle are working with Galway County Heritage Forum and Galway County Heritage Trails to create the project StoryMaps.
Almost half of Galway's townlands have been digitalised including Oranmore, Monivea and Mountbellew.

Thousands of students across Galway city and county are to begin their Leaving and Junior Certificate exams this morning.
Nationally, a record 136,160 candidates will put pen to paper at more than 800 exam halls across the country.
English is the first subject up for both Leaving and Junior cert students - and final exams will continue until June 25th.
Students are being advised to know their timetables and be sure to eat well over the next three weeks.
Teachers Union of Ireland President, David Waters, says students need to keep moving forward if exams don't go how they planned:
